Renowned author, journalist and broadcaster Sir Simon Jenkins presents his personal insights into his highly acclaimed recent book Europe's 100 Best Cathedrals, and takes us on an illustrated tour of some of the most magnificent buildings in the UK and across the continent, tracing the stories behind their construction, illuminating Europe's history and showing the central role played by the cathedral in the European imagination.
